The Focus RS is going to have a modified Mustang 2.3L turbo 4 with greater than 315 HP. I can't imagine that that engine won't make it to the Stang.

Also doesn't the new CTS-V replace the LF3 with LT4?

The ATS-V has the LF4, not the LF3. It has different internals and different turbos which also have some unique and exotic components. The engine line up for the 6th gen will be interesting. At a glance, you would think just three motors; V6 and two V8's. However, given the success of the Ford Ecoboost you wonder if GM will offer another engine in the new Camaro. We might just be surprised here.

Thought it was confirmed there would be the 2.0T offered.

What level of confirmation has been tied to this? Or is this speculation? They did say early on there would not be a 4 cyl Camaro. Not arguing, just wondering if there was a confirmed change in rationale. Sent from a rainbow while riding a unicorn

Also, if I were simply speculating, I'd say it was speculation. |
