(by the way - I'll be posting a link -- hopefully today - -where you can watch the unveil live on your computer.....)

I think you're going to be pleasantly surprised at how everything comes together!
Presume it's this one? (which is also on Chevy's website)

this is freaking hilarious. thanks Scott for the "grill" picture from the office that made my day... however the 2014 teaser pic needs no chrome strip above grill and most importantly needs a z/28 emblem... however if you get the Z rolling i will overlook the chrome strip....lol

Hopefully that piece that look like chrome trim would be an acrylic light rod instead

OK, so I understand this thread is Social Media Marketing - just like the Pepsi / Jeff Gordon / Camaro video that went viral. It is working, as it is generating a lot of interest and traffic - and now many more people will be watching that unveil next week. So that being the case, Fbodfather has to be careful to tread a line between keeping us interested, not revealing too much, and keeping us from getting negative if he can help it.

My Point - well, Fbodfather has killed several ideas and comments here, like the headlight covers. He has tried to lighten up the "we don't like chrome" comments and indicated we should give the new design a chance - etc. Based on what he did and did not say I believe that means we are getting chrome or chrome-like plastic whether we like it or not.

A topic he has avoided completely is the Z28. Either there is one (I doubt it) so he can't make a peep, or there is not and he's afraid of the negative comments that would follow if he did comment.

This is a huge thread, do you guys see anything else we can read into what has been or not been said? Any other topics he's avoided?

I like Fbodfather and appreciate his attendance and input on this forum, but keep in mind he's doing a job and maybe we can figure out some things he didn't mean to tell us.

If GM can prove removing the chrome had an adverse affect on the atmospheric pressure at the time which caused your engine failure, then yes.
