Mine is the glossy black 2-piece GM factory body kit diffuser for dual-single exhaust tips.

No, it is a kit. Last i knew it was not obtainable by itself, unless you found a re-seller who got the kit for other pieces and didn't need certain parts(like body shops, dealers who are fixing other damaged pieces).
Plus my rear diffuser section is a 2 piece section, it used 2 pieces to make one.
Thou in an earlier post, the ZL1 diffuser is a one-piece.

Yes, for quad-tips its chrome & open for the factory tips to stick thru.
For Dual-single tips(mine), you cut off the factory chrome tip from each side and put on a small black tip and it sticks into an opening of the flat black inner/ chrome outer piece.
Have to make sure the kits is for your exhaust code.

I actually have the Flowmaster American Thunder Axle-back Exhaust System on mine.
You still have to cut the tips off, because the single tip are too large and the diffuser is not made for it. Think Chevy did the modification as a way to not have to make 2 types of diffusers, just different chrome inserts depending on the type of exhaust tip within the diffuser.

You can also if you have not changed the muffler exhaust, pick & choose the tip and get the body kit diffuser to match your choice. Just the single large tip will always need to be cut off as part of install.
If you choose quad, then no cutting, just an install.

As far as I know it is the same as the US one except the reverse light and the rear fog light.
