Question Has anyone purchase from Koons Chevy in VA?

Koons Chevy in Vieena, VA has some decent deals going on. I was just curious if anyone has had any past buying experiences through them?

I'd be doing a fly n drive if I decided to go this route. It would be a 19hr drive home.

I test drove a couple Camaros there before I bought elsewhere(Ted Britt). I tried dealing with them last year and ended up running away.

Oh yeah?

We're the deals not as hot as they had advertise?

Those guys are right down the street from me. I've been over to visit them a couple of times, and I agree that their prices look good on the website. However, make sure are clear on what is/is not included in that price. They are known for not only including every single rebate in their price (which you probably don't quality for all of the rebates), but they also don't include the $1,000 destination fee in the price. In addition, their dealer processing fee is like $600!

Thank you for the heads up! I can't stand when dealers do that sh*t.

They wouldn't budge on sticker and something else I can't remember. The sales guy I was stuck with was a jerk and knew nothing. He hounded me for days.

They are typical high pressure. A car I was looking at was "currently
Out on a test drive so I better hurry down there before someone else buys my car"

They do NOT include 995 destination in advertised prices. Once you ass that and their 600 fee most dealers can match their prices. I know I paid $300 more at another dealer to not deal with them

Koons Chevy in Whitemarsh

Didn't buy from the one in VA, but I am leasing from the one in Whitemarsh. Basically agree with everything said above about them using rebates that don't apply to everyone, etc. Typical high-pressure sales people, lied and said whatever came to their mind about the car whether it was right or wrong. My personal salesman obviously knew nothing about Camaros, much less the 1LE. My one recommendation and reason I'm commenting: Use the Chevy build and price with all your inputs, hopefully they can't try to BS you when Chevy is clearly saying what you should pay.

Thank for the feedback everyone.

Yeah, I ended talks with them. They were playing games with me too. They would only let me use my GM Exclusive Private offer ($3000 off of 2017 Camaro) if they raised the price up from the posted price. LOL

Also, they tacked on the $600 processing fee and $995 for destination.

The offer clearly states to negotiate your best price and then add this on top.
