Boot camp is a very simple process actually. I personally am running windows 8 on my Mac Pro. What boot camp does is it will partition and install windows on your Mc book. It will download all the new updates and drivers for your hardware save gem to a flash drive and begin the install process for windows for you. Once it installs it takes the drivers loads them and boom you are running windows on a Mac. Unlike parallels or VMWARE boot camp is a true dual meaning you are only running one OS at a time and not a virtualized OS. Also boot camp is directly built into OS X so it's located in the utilities folder in your applications. If you have any questions about you can PM me as I have done it a few times now.

According to another forum, the LLT roots tune is unfinished while being driven around anyways...

If I'm not mistaken, the ipf tune is different. The ipf tune is done through their handheld so I don't know if windows is a necessity. I think you just go online and download the tune u need into the tuner and then put it into the car.

They do give you a handheld device but you still need the computer to access the tune online. Arno is who gives us our tunes and who I'll be in contact with for my specific tune

A DIY would be great, just keep the P2P download part out of it.
