I have a 2SS/RS with manual, getting right at 21 mpg driving it like a sports car, can get 26 if i baby it.

When I first picked mine up it was getting around 19 city and 24 highway...since I put on JBA'S 3" cat-back system, I can get around 21 around town and at 80mph on the highway 26.8...plus it sounds sooo much better then stock. plus I only have 1500 miles on it!.....BUT like most of you..Who cares about the MPG!!!!!!!!!!

That is about what I have been getting. most of my drive is 15 miles to and from work and mostly city. Little disapointed as well, after seeing what others are getting, but not too worried. I wasn't expecting much with the LS3 either.

......I live in california and I don't think they worrie about winter fuel here.

I average 15, it's annoying but hey, it's pretty damn fun...

I get 15 mph in the city, seemingly unaffected by my style. I did manage 21 over a 400 mile round trip to Houston one time though. That's the only time I've taken it on a road trip.

But did y'all get the special reserve tank or what ? My 15 mpg only gets me around 225 miles. 15 gallons is a normal fill-up with an indicated 1/8 tank or less remaining.

I have averaged 15 but I dont care... I traded in my 07 Silverado for a Honda Civic for better gas mileage.

My buddy has a C5 and is getting 23-24 mpg... and yet we are taking my car to Camarofest! lol Guess he is does not want to be seen in a Vette in Georgia!!
