Backup Lights

Do the backup lights only come on when you hit the remote if the ambient light is low enough?

funny.......I was messing with that this weekend. I did notice that when I was in the driveway, hitting the unlock on my remote would not turn on the backup light however in the garage it worked. Of course when the car is running and in reverse the lights come on anytime.

So it must be a light level thing then!

Check your locator lights settings in vehicle settings.
