Its a front end tube frame, by no means is it totaled. Easy rebuild.

Sweet car! Guy needs to learn how to roast his tires and get out of it before it's too late! Looks like he had a wide open road at the time. I've got no problem with doing stuff like this on the street as long as no one else is put at risk

The problem starts when the OP refers to Gen 1 guy as a dumb ass. I guess that makes about 90% of us dumb asses!

PS: And for the love of Pete rontammy0, settle down. We need you to survive the weekend. Changing lanes with no signal and all. Crazy!
Except the guy was a dumbass and this exact behavior is why so many car events around the country inevitably get cancelled. Take it to the track if you want to roast your tires. There's plenty of fun to be had with these cars without making the tires smoke coming out of an event in an effort to show off the size of your dong.

So many crazy comments! Tire size doesn't mean jack if you know how to drive and steer into a freaking skid. Have you ever seen a funny car or rail make a run? Notice the size of their tires??? Being in a slight turn isn't a huge deal either. You're going to drift sideways anyway. Correct it and continue or shut it down. I've had several fast cars and bikes. After doing long burn outs on 2 wheels where the consequences can get you seriously hurt a burnout in a car is a piece of cake. Also I'm a soon to be old ass 53 year old man. Have fun, try to be safe and don't be hypocritical or judgemental like several on this thread

Apparently this 1st gen driver doesn't have anywhere near your experience, skill, and on that day anyway, luck.

If it takes people being judgmental against burnouts when leaving the C&C get-togethers, so be it. Being judgmental in favor of allowing burnouts to continue (with their occasional consequences) gets events shut down, which is essentially what you're condoning even with your "try to be safe" suggestion. Even Mr. Burnout loses when meeting lots are lost.

Organizers should then not allow the burn outs and fast take off's. Do it then your not welcomed back. Place a big sign at the entry, warning issued. Warning ignored, no more event attendance.

My car club announces this during our giveaways near the end of the meet. If you do it in the parking lot your not coming back to the next one......but on the street they have zero control and tell people that the cops will take care of them. That's why you see so much of this on the street.....clubs or organizations have zero control there. I've seen many cars get on it a little leaving which is fine to me. It's the burnouts that are not needed.
