Do you have any fuel pressure data? Drop? Stayed the 2800/2900 all the way?

Use of meth?

Thanks. I saw that kit on their site and it's the one I inquired about. Together as a package that's overpriced and they told me they don't sell the pulleys separate. Maybe I need to call.

The RDP link you posted is only a 15% overdrive. I want an 18% overdrive pulley.

I did some digging on the old 5th gen pulleys and the one posted above is only a 15% overdrive at 9.17". They have a 22.5% for a 5th gen being 9.55" so that should be 18% for us 6th gen guys. Can't believe how ridiculous this has been to just locate a single 18% overdrive pulley to work with the ATI damper 918856.

USP45 has an 18% from LPE but he said it has no part number and Advanced Modern Performance ordered it for him.

Good info.. it's amazing that some tuners say no more than 10% some say 15% is ok.. and all that I asked 18 is not safe.. bUT all did agree no e85 tune can be made with pulley swap.

Is it a difference between metco and inovator west or ATI stuff..

I see 9.10 and 9.55 inovator west setup
ATI 8.59 5%, 9.20 or 15%, and 20% I assume 10 inch

Looks like near 10 inch u need a idle pulley..

Is this a tuner preference playing it safe? All cars can handle different parts? Octane in the area?

Matt text me and said tomorrow his dyno will be re-calibrated. Which means I should be close to that 700 mark. Woo hoo.

Damn, ~120 rwhp gain from a pulley, headers, cross pipe and ported TB that's impressive. No CAI??

That seems like a lot for what others are experiencing. Who did your tune and what type of dyno was used? *I'm not trying to be jerk, just very curious.

For what it’s worth, Vengeance recommended sticking with just a 2.30” upper for my header/intake car on 91 octane. Something like a 8.6” lower (~11%) should be very similar based on blower speed calculations I’ve seen. He didn’t recommend going beyond that.

So a 9.2” (~15%) or 9.5” (~18%) probably aren’t a good choice unless meth or some kind of octane increase. They recommended doing a 2.30@ upper and a 8.6” lower with meth. That’s about the same as an 18% lower by itself based on my calculations. Beyond that he said I’d need a cam, likely for fuel.

Will you need the 100mm Idle pulley to take slack up if you go with the Ati damper and 15% pulley? or will the 84.5 belt work? from what I saw the 18 has no problems.

Are you saying all the shops/tuners you checked with said they thought full E85 was safe with a pulley swap and stock cam and fuel system?

No.. they all said one way or the other.. pulley, headers, intake, and tb on 93 or e85 headers and CAI only.

My question if both made same dyno power which would feel or perform stronger.
