Thanks everyone!

I've got a couple in progress pics I can post in a bit.

The face is 1/2 furniture grade plywood. I mapped the logo onto that to start. Then I cut everything out with a jigsaw and cleaned up the edges with sanding blocks.

The plywood was reinforced on the back with 1x2 Select Pine. Then everything was sanded to shape. (rounded corners and edges)

The colored inserts are polycarbonate. The back of the polycarbonate is painted with enamel so when you look at the front it has a perfect glossy surface.

The entire structure was sealed with three coats of acrylic gesso, and sanded in-between each coat to smooth out everything.

It was then primed with Dupli-color filler primer, sanded, and prepped. The silver finish is a couple coats of a Dupli-color GM metallic silver paint and lots of clear coat, wet sanding and buffing.

The lettering was hand painted by brush with acrylic paint.

I might light it up if I can find a good way to do it.

Just make sure you don't use AAC lighting, otherwise you're going to have to take it down off the wall every other month for warranty claims
