They interviewd Mark Reuss at NY auto show last time so maybe something like that. A lead up to the reveal. I watch that show every morning but will set DVR just in case

Reveal CNBC
I was sure CNBC announced today that they would be revealing the GEN 6 Camaro on Live tv tomorrow, Friday at something like 7am. Anyone else heard this.

The official reveal date is Saturday May 16th, so I don't know how this would be possible or what source you're citing this from...

The downside, though, is that it'd turn Saturday into something of an anticlimax. I'm sure that it'd still be a spectacular day for those in attendance at the official event, but fewer folks are going to be glued to their computers on this one if they've already seen some nice pics of the car the day before. We'll see... |

They aren't going to spill the beans before the grand reveal. The only reason the 2014 was revealed on a news segment was that it was a mid cycle refresh and nothing really earth shattering... |

I was watching CNBC and saw and heard it. They were interviewing one of the engineers who has worked on the Gen 6 for the past 3 years. They showed how the test cars have computers etc in them to record and measure everything while they are being driven. At the very end of the segment the CNBC interviewer said " and by the way we will be unveiling the new Gen 6 Camaro right here on CNBC tomorrow morning" and the engineer said " that's right" I thought they said around 7am but I'm not sure what time zone. I'm Central. Whether it happens or not I heard it and saw it. So I guess we'll see.
