Thank you

It has been a real pleasure to be a part of this community for the last several years. Due to a pending, thankfully mutual and kind, divorce, I had to trade my baby in for a more economical ride and sell the mods here.

Now while my prices were really good, so many members stepped up to help me out, and no one low balled me, and I have now sold all but one mod. That's amazing, and I appreciate all the kind words and sentiments shared by those who already traveled the road I am on.

I hope I will be back with a Camaro again, but even if it never happens, thank you. Many of you made a tough situation that much more bearable.

C5 all the way,

Jason

Sorry to hear this, Jason, but I have been where you are and lived to laugh and talk about it with no hard feelings. It's good that the two of you are parting without all the foolish hateful stuff that often goes with a divorce.

Best of luck to you.

Doesnt mean you cant still hang here. It could keep your spirits up and hopes for new Camaro or could be salt in the wounds on selling yours. I believe this site is car guys first and Camaro guys second. So please stick around and enjoy the good companionship.

Sorry to hear you had to let your baby go & that you are going through a divorce which even in the best of circumstances is still tough. And, yeah, you can still hang out here with us. Lots of non or former Camaro owners do. Best of luck in whatever your future holds.

Funny, after my divorce was final was when I bought my Camaro. But then my ex was a total control freak so being free of her was like.. um... unclogging a drain; swapping out the loafers for a pair of sneakers; I dunno, for lack of a better metaphor it just felt good to be free of the oppressive environment and finally do something I wanted to do.

Hope you and your ex can remain friends, even if you don't have kids together.

Jason......just because you are currently "Camaroless"...... there is no reason for you to leave us, so please don't. After all, much like RubberChicken, I didn't get my 5th Gen until after my divorce. and I was on this board camaroless for some time, until I made it happen.
