Bugatti Chiron C&D Test

I realize it's $3M so it should be quick, but besides the 9.4 @ 158 mph 1/4 mile stat., another impressive feat is the Bugatti's 60-130 time of 4.1 seconds. Keep in mind this is a car that was designed to go 300+ mph not really drag race. A McLaren 720S 60-130 by C&D was 5.4 seconds. That means the Chiron is accelerating about 32% quicker than a 720S in that span. Bonkers.

Other 60-130 times for comparison:

LaFerrari: 5.0 sec
Ferrari 812 Superfast: 5.4 sec
'21 Porsche 911 Turbo S: 6.7ish (estimated based on 10.1 @ 137 mph 1/4 and 0-60 in 2.2 sec)
C7 ZR1 A8: 6.9 sec
GT500: 7.6 sec
ZL1 A10: 9.0 sec
2018 Mustang GT PP1 A10: 11.0

249 mph is for kids. The Chiron does 304 mph, officially (for less money). 0-60 in 2.4 was traction limited - the article says it was spinning all 4 tires. Yikes! Put some DRs on there and I'm sure it could go under 2 sec.

If money was no object and I was looking to spend $3M on a new car, I would get the GMA (Gordon Murray Automotive) T.50. It is designed by the same guy who built the McLaren F1.
In the future, the T.50 will be known as the best naturally aspirated, manually shifted production car of all time. Look up the specs and watch some videos on this car. **Mind Blown!!**

Yeah, that thing is going to be amazing, I've read an interview w/ Gordon about that car. I appreciate that he didn't make it a 1000+ hp hypercar. Just a super high revving, NA engine in a very light car.

While impressive, what would you do with it? Where would you drive it? Although, if you have 3 mil to spend, you can probably find a place.

No, I'll just buy a bunch of other fun cars and use the leftover to buy a parcel of land and BUILD a track! lol

These supercars are simply nuts!!!!

Would love to borrow one for a bit though!!!
