416 zl1 a10 build

I have currently owned my zl1 since July of this year and have really enjoyed the car so far. I came from a c7 non zo6 and so far can honestly say that I prefer the camaro over my corvette. The corvette was a great car but there's just something about this car that I really enjoy driving it much more. The car is plenty fast stock but I can never leave anything alone and believe for some reason that there is no such thing as too much horsepower!! So with that being said I'd like to share my build with everyone as other builds have helped me decide what to do. The car is currently at HHP in Houston. I'll be giving updates as the car progresses and I'm hoping to have it back in November sometime.
Here is the current list of mods I went with. I'm excited to get the build done and see what it puts down. I'm also curious to see how the tranny holds up!!

LME built 416
Callies magnum crankshaft
Callie's ultra Hbeam rods
Wisco forged pistons
LME intake with port injection
LME heads
Pro charger F1a-94
Pro charger air to water intercooler
Hhp cam package
Nitrous outlet direct port setup (200 shot probably)
Alky control meth injection
Nick Williams 102mm throttle body
Low side fuel system
E85 flex fuel sensor
Texas speed headers and x pipe
Corsa extreme exhaust
Dss carbon drive shaft
Dss axles
(Possibly a 9" center section)

Mike from Magnuson just finished their 416 build similar to yours. No Nos and there Maggie 2300. It made 879 rwhp a couple weeks back. You are gonna have a serious setup and should be wicked as hell. Congrats.

I’ll have 20k-ish in mine and I’m no where near his parts list. I’ve stuck to the stock motor and blower. I’d bet he’s over 30-35k easily!

I can see putting that kind of money into a ZL1 that came from Houston after the floods or buying a used one, but hard to see it on a new one. My budget will be far far less. Cam, Heads, Pulleys, CAI, and Tune are my plans.

Guess he can recoup some money by selling off the old stuff. Would like to see his progress as time goes on. Guessing the weak link will be the trans based off his list of parts. Anyone making a converter yet?

I believe circle D is currently working on one. That has been an issue but for now we are probably going to use the stock converter and see how it goes. I have owned a few different cars over the years and have never did a build even close to what I'm doing on this one. It is absolutely going to be an expensive build and I'm sure I won't recoup a single dollar of it, however I plan on keeping this car for a long time unlike some others I've owned before it. I didn't buy this car as a financial investment and as we all know the money we put in our cars goes down the drain. However the investment im making is in the enjoyment I will get outta the car when I put my foot on the pedal!! Lol

Do you feel you will have to sacrifice on Cam grind if not replacing converter?

To be honest with you I'm not sure. It's a great question but it exceeds my knowledge level.

Thank you!!! I'm hoping it puts down about 1,050hp on boost only. In the meantime I'll have to wait patiently as it all comes together.
