FYI you have to drill a ton of holes in both bumpers to fit the flares. Also need to glue, yes glue (not double sided tape) the flares to the quarter panel and fenders. GM did a very poor job designing the mounting system for the flares.

The fender liners also have specific holes for attaching the rockers, not sure if non z liners will work.

I've done some work on these cars, my best advice is to mock everything up and using masking tape to mark the location of everything. Then start pumping glue all over. It appears to be windshield urethane with the specific black primer to make it stick. The dealer can supply you with a P/N.

The flares already come with some kind of adhesive on them. The key is to make sure you hold them tight on the fenders for a long time or they don't bond well.

If you screw it up, the type of adhesive to use is Betalink K2. We did screw up on one side, and we used it to redo.

Just got my Z28 rockers today. Ordering the flares and wickerbill by next week. Wanted to make sure the dealer would get them for me from GM with no issues. I was afraid it would wave a red flag if I ordered to much.

I'm so excited right now.

I literally just installed mine. It was MUCH easier than I thought it would be. I got them painted all black though, check out the pics of them on eBay so that you get em done right. They still look bad as hell though! I love them.

Oh so they "replace" thr orig rockers.... I tought they "clipped over" the orig ones.

The complete kit of 2 rockers with full flare set (4 wheel openings) with gurney lips and all, is available for 600$ OEM painted colour of your choice as overstock on ebay. Hope you knew of this....

I don't have the fender flares on mine, because my tires aren't wide enough. The rockers look great without the flares though. Someone said that they would look off, but you can barely tell, if at all.
