Unhappy Did Chevrolet Customer Svc abandon the forums?

I sent a private message to Chevrolet Customer Svc but didn't receive a response. I then checked their profile & found that their last post was 10-10-2017 on Camaro6 & their last activity was 04-21-2018.

Did Chevy give up on supporting Camaro forum members? If so, is it due to the poor sales?

5 years will be April of 2019 for me, as I am no where near the 100k miles.

They're not on the 6th generation forum either.

Mine was a leftover, so my 5 year warranty runs into August 2020. I have less than 29K at the moment.

Maybe it only exists at a dealer. I just purchased my 2SS lease and they extended my bumper to bumper out to 5 years. And actually called me after signing and said they made a mistake on my tax base - in MY favor, and lowered the monthly payment. Pleasant surprise or two.

I have seen a few posts from them over the years but has anyone actually found them useful?

"Would like us to find an authorized service center near you?"

Nope. I can do that.

If they cared about customers they would never have used a skip shift. Focus groups would have exposed that problem. Believe me, chevy does not go into their conference rooms in the morning and begin with; How do we add value to our customers today? They begin their meetings with; how do we squeeze out another penny.

Come to think of it so do insurance companies with one added question; how can we not pay claims.

Too bad.
