Newbie daft questions sorry

Just got my 2SS we are in the United Kingdom came in via Canada.
I'm having issues with the my link when trying to play music. The unit connects to my I phone 6 fine but when I try to use Spotify i get logged out of Spotify and when I sign back in I have to download my music again
Also I'm not getting any traffic messages through when I try and turn that element on in settings it's not responsive
Great car though love it really surprised how fast and economical it is vast improvement over previous models
Does anybody know what the oil tube retention bolt recall is should I be worried about it or is it just the dipstick
