Plastic Is soft so drilling made cutting easy.. clips on holds the dive planes very well!

The SS is probably faster roll racing this is quicker 1/4 mile and feels like it handles alot better.. this has better traction off the line or maybe it's not all power at once like the ss with the 2.3 eforce.

Wow. Your car looks so awesome and aggressive. Really nice work.

What kind of clips hold the dive planes in place? Are they built in to dive plane or did you have to buy something separate to attach to inside of bumper? I am still trying to figure this one out. Perhaps if I could see the dive planes and bumper, it might make more sense.

Thanks for the reply. Makes more sense now.

Enjoy that beast this weekend. I am sure it is going to get some serious looks now, especially with the yellow paint color.

Wait, the splitter is Mosaic Black from GM? I thought the OEM front Aero Parts were just sort of a matte plastic. You can order them painted? Or did you have it painted?

Ya especially when I go to 19s

I don't mind the gap in the back but the larger front gap is starting to bother me..

Actually I just purchased a 2x2 twill carbon Fiber skinning kit.. I also ordered a spare set of dive planes..

I plan on covering the dive planes and mirrors w carbon fiber (Not a Wrap) I think it look very good..

I have a lot of experience skinning RC jets basically Epoxy and 1/8 ounce cloth.. this should be no different i was really great laying it smooth with little sand time.. We cover our planes to make them stronger its not fun flying and seeing the wing fold when your flying 200 mph the pull straight back on the elevators..
