supercharger + meth = 550 rwhp
supercharger + meth + e85 = 600 rwhp
supercharger + meth + e85 + fuel system upgrades + cam = 700 rwhp
if I were you i would just start with the supercharger and meth (and maybe e85) and see how it feels
No, you do not need meth or E85 to make any of these numbers, particularly 550-600 rwhp. Any of the basic kits will make 550 rwhp right out of the box, no other mods/tuning/meth/e85/headers/etc. needed. One of the advantages of the Procharger setup is the stage II intercooler which will keep the IAT's in check.

My build should be wrapping up beginning of next week after 3 months of havoc.

Op I went with an lt4 blower, a fairly big cam, lt4 ported heads, and upper and lower pulleys, as well as long tube headers and exhaust.

For my build I went with a fully forged bottom end, lt4 lpfp, lt4 injectors, and lt4 hpfp. This will max out my fueling. Don't forget about clutch as well (I upgraded to a new Z06 clutch kit). Hope this helps you out some. Btw I will be on pump 93, No E85, no meth for me as my car is a daily driver and will see plenty of cross country trips before I'm bored of it.

Fwiw I recently installed a f1a onto my completely stock motor on a 4.5 pulley making 13.5 lbs and dyno'ed 685/625 stock fuel system on 93 with 100% meth from alky control. Car has ca performance cat delete pipes and I removed the secondary cats. Aside from that car is bone stock

Exhaust Mods for Procharger?

Procharger Tech,

IŽd like to know your opinnion about what mods are recommended for the kit. Is it worth it to install LT headers, remove secondary cats, primary cats, x pipe, AFM valves? At what power levels have you seen an improovement and for about how much power?

Also please, what AFR and Lambda values, pre and post cat, do you custom tune for more power?

Thanks.

With F/I and E85 i dont see anyway the stock fuel system keeps up... E85 uses alot more fuel than regular gasoline... Im running just a standard P1 Stage II kit otherwise stock. Would love to tune for e85 but from everything I can tell I'm going to need all the fuel system upgrades if I head that route...

That is a total waste of time and money.

The factory unit is already way behind big.
(I can make the same power at 800 rwhp, with the throttle half closed, LOL)
Remember you are forcing air thought it, not sucking.

Save your $$$ for the cam. .... they make some awesome gains.
Last cam I did was 100 rwhp on these cars.
Sounds like the EXACT advise I gave via facebook

Our E2-X Ultra crankcase evacuation/oil separating system is a must as it will pull evacuation suction at all times when configured for any Centrifugal SC system.

Keeps engine alive longer and prevents crankcase pressure from building. Let us know if you want details!

Do you guys sell your valve cover breather separately. I have a source for my pre LT1 PCV systems but no one is making a good check ball breather for the valve cover for these cars.

ProCharger + Meth + Camaro + Good Tune = Rocket Ship.

At less then 750 rwhp I haven't seen any real gains from exhaust mods.
A good number of people remove kitty cats for safety reasons.
