Wear your seatbelt

Went to the junkyard with my friend today to pick up some parts for his mustang, saw this. I felt sick looking at. I just felt so bad for those people.

I have no idea if they survived or not but the dashboard was bloody and was just shocked. I went around all the other cars and their stories were the same

Please wear your seatbelt...

that's a little odd. how does the windshield cave in, if people fly out? unless it just sunk back in...

The car has been sitting there for a year but there is still blood in the dash.

I don't understand why people don't wear their seatbelts.

I love motorcycles, but it amazes me that it's against the law to be in a car without a seatbelt, but you can fly around on a crotch rocket while all the time remaining a potential human projectile without any problem, and in some states you can do it without even wearing your helmut. Somehow the 2 just don't go together real well. Sort of an oximoron.

That looks like two heads dove into that windshield from another car. I dont think it would have cave'd in like that if those two flew out of that car imo.

Always wear my seatbelt. I really cant believe i used to not wear them in my 89 LT/RS when i was 18. I guess when ur young u dont think of stuff like that.

Its been enough years that now most of it falls on deaf ears just like telling motorcycle riders to wear a helmet.

99.9% of the reason its a habbit for me to belt up, is when the law first came into effect in Ohio, I got stopped for it to much and wearing it was just easier/less trouble.

Always wear your seat belt people. It probably saved my life back in 1999. Now, it's so much of a habit for me that if I didn't have one on, I actually "feel" that it is missing, and would be uncomfortable without it.

The windshield looks like that from the driver and passenger going partially through the windshield and then either falling back inside or being pulled in by rescuers... I've seen way more of those than I care to in my 25 year career as a paramedic firefighter......im wagering they fell/slid back in because any self respecting rescue professional would have removed the glass from around the victims completely...

Also consider the force required to break a windshield is huge, so, you're thinking about the blood and cuts... I'm thinking about Two possible wheel chair passengers...

wheelchair is the best scenario. Few weeks ago I got to a scene where the driver of the car was a good 20 feet in front of the car. Seatbelt saves my life back in 07, I now refuse to drive if someone isn't buckled.

Only idiots drive w/out seat belts. Can't figure out why anyone would want to face those type of injuries or worse.
