AC Blower Motor stopped working

Well my blower motor stopped working this afternoon. It starting ticking recently like several others have experienced. Started about a month ago and it went out this evening.

Is there a TSB number on this issue that I can bring to my dealer. The car still has about 1400 miles left on the warranty and I want to bring it in to be serviced. The motor started working again after killing the car, letting it sit for about 30 minutes and then cranking it back up. My AC started to blow again but I know that won't last.

I thought it might be handy to bring the TSB number with me if there is one when I bring it to the dealer. The local dealer in town is not known for being the best at customer service and I anticipate a struggle with them to pull it in for warranty work.
