Grinding Noise at 1750 RPM - 2012 V6 LT 113K Miles

Hello everyone.

I drive a 2012 V6 LT with 113K Miles I got my car at 99K.

I have a metallic rubbing/grinding noise that seems to be under the car or through the AC, specifically at 1750 RPM.

The noise will stay on as long as I hold it at that RPM. The grinding noise doesn't happen if I hold it at any other RPMs nor if I'm parked and holding it at that RPM. It does it at any gear but most notably when driving on the highway at the highest gear. It's been doing it for about a while now. At first, I thought it was the AC so I ignored it until I realized it did it when I held the engine at 1750RPM.

I've included 3 clips. The sound is very faint in the video because of road noise so it's best to wear headphones. I'm sure if someone has any experience with it, they will know what's going on. Thank you.
