Wheel Noise @ 40 mph & Intermittent Grinding

Have learned quite a bit from everyone here over the past few years, hoping to get some of your thoughts the issue I am currently having. Read through a myriad of threads and I only made myself more concerned.

The Issue:
Currently hearing a scraping noise from passenger side wheel, suspect rear, at 40mph and lower and around corners. Also get occasional grinding from brake on passenger side, but not all the time.

Have been riding one day with this issue 60-70miles total.

The run down:

2011 2LT RS V6, Stock Wheels, Brakes & Rotors.
CAI Intake is the only mod I have done to date.
110,000 miles (daily driver, including winters)

Running original brakes and rotors. (Dealer states still life left on pads) Regardless, need to change those up, will be doing the work myself.

The Question:
Before or as I am swapping brakes, should I be looking for anything else that maybe causing the issues mentioned above?

Hoping to mitigate any extra headaches or oversights prior.

Thanks for any insight you can offer.
