Rear License Plate screws

Question, are the rear license plate screws similar to sheet metal screws, or are there inserts? My best friend (Mustang Owner) Bought me a SS gm licensed license plate frame, but I am not sure of the screws will work.

drill a hole, pop them in, and now screws work - the kit here:

http://www.amazon.com/BPARTS-Stainle...rch_detailpage

if you are the type that never will take the plate off, then screw right into the plastic, but if you take your plate off a lot, to detail or change frames, this offers a better solution as you will not strip the car fascia...
