Front Suspension Clunking... Some Advice Needed

Hey guys, so I have a 2012 w 55k on it and just a few thousand ago it started the dreaded "camaro clunk" front suspension noise (passenger side only it seems). I feel pretty lucky to make it this far in silence honestly, especially since Memphis roads are pretty bumpy along my commute.

Anyways, I believe the TSB for this issue involved replacing the strut top mounts and maybe also some sort of shim/bushing/isolater on the top spring seat? My question is do the camber plates resolve the same issue as replacing those oem mounts IAW the TSB? In other words to the camber plates replace the entire OEM mount?

I have Pfadt camber plates sitting on my desk waiting to go on but if these do not replace all of the culprit parts I would love to know so that I can order those parts and install everything at once. Any help appreciated!
