Some of this could be REALLY minor. For example, a switch that reads the brake pedal being depressed could be slightly incorrectly positioned, so it doesn't get a good reading until everything is warmed up fully, causing the transmission to reject your attempts to put it in park (you have to have your foot on the brake, right?).

Pay no attention to him. Guess he would be okay with a new car that won't shift in cold weather. Oh, and people get butt hurt when bad things are said about a car that they own too. Right or wrong. I heard the same shit when I had my 2010 POS. My other GEN5s were fine except for a supercharger issue on my ZL1.
