Must be mistaking the Mustang for the Camaro.
Always been more focused on straight line with the Mustang crowd.

GT350 is really the only Mustang designed for turns.

I just saw a dark blue with black stripes that was being driven on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge. Best looking Mustang that I have ever seen. The Triple Yellow with back stripes would be my pick of colors.

I like the Red and black ones and the white and blue.

Anyone here would be happy to have a Camaro with 525hp, high-reving or torquy powerband priced at 49K. Ford made a fantastic track car with a fantastic engine at a low price, which GM did not with the Z28 (way higher price, hell of a car though). Carbon brakes and other goodies should have been an option to lower the cost.

GM have nothing to compete with it at the same price. 119mph trap speed is pretty crazy, right there with a C7.

GM could not make an engine because of emission while Ford could. Props to them. Camaro price went up, which is not good. Worth it, but risky marketing.

Give me the choice of a fully optionned Camaro with 455hp or bare Camaro with 525hp ate the same price...LOLL give me 525hp pls!

Both great cars but you cant say GT350 isnt great!

Actually, Ford made a fantastic track car starting at $56k. The $49k base (and tech) cars are not able to run moderately at the track. There are a lot of unhappy base and tach package owners right now.

Put these cars where they belong and there isn't a stock M3 or SS keeping up on earth. If your buying either of these cars to drag race or do some silly highway roll racing your screwing up.
Agreed. The GT350 is amazing as far as a track car goes. While I do agree that the 0-60 on it is kind of meh, that's not the point of this car at all. No one (almost no one) is buying a GT350 for quarter mile use. Sure there's a few guys bolting on superchargers and running it down the strip but that's not the car's original intent from Ford. Price wise it's a deal... that is if you can get one at MSRP...
