Short bursts of force work better than bending the cheater bar. Kroil brand penetrating oil works extremely well for seized bolts.

If they were over tightened that much then they likely stretched the threads out which isn't good. That's why there is a specific maximum torque value. If you do get them off ,I'd make sure that each will easily thread back on smoothly by hand with the lug nuts. And yea, an impact wrench is best for shocking loose stubborn nuts as it applies it's hammering force at dead center and 360 degrees.

I've watched these young guys at lot over the years at Discount tire and the like when they use torque wrenches and they get a bit over zealous with them. Some don't realize that you can easily over torque a bolt or nut with a torque wrench ,regardless of the dialed setting, by using a jerking motion to tighten the studs until you hear or feel the click. A smooth motion is required to achieve proper torque. Yea, hopefully they're just scaled up a bit instead of over stretched. And impact will also help to break it loose if that is the case with less chance of galling when removed. |

I ended up getting the LUGS off the of the wheels and changed the breaks. I tightened the calipers back down to 30Ft pounds with a 90 turn and the lugs to 110 ft pounds.

How to loosen up Lug nuts Easily
Don't use a torque wrench to break the lug nuts loose. You'll jack up the torque wrench. They are designed to tighten not to loosen. You either need a pipe "cheater" as mentioned above or just get a breaker bar. In any case a longer handle is going to give you greater mechanical advantage and will make the job easier.
