Rgr... the thing that got me is I remember seeing something like "20-25hp with MSD intake and TB!" then found an ad that said 15-20hp from JUST the TB on another website... so I'd just like to see what each can do.

If I were to guess on both of these manifolds I would say around 20 HP with a broader curve that's where the money is at. The Vararam hopefully will be deep into the 20's close to 30 and the MSD will be in the low 20's.

TQ I gotta assume the Vararam will have some advantage due to the runners.

I've said it before though that Vararam is going to have to knock it out of the park to make the underhood packaging worth the hassle over the MSD.

Buddies out in Houston where Vararam is are actually testing on a ls3 Vette from what they've seen but no #s have been released. It's getting closer to the results but as for as being out in public I think about 8 months to another year.

craziness... I assumed this is just a game between them and msd to see who releases #s first then to release bigger #s or similar... this can't really take this long. Especially for the ram-air intake setup.

Maybe through your contacts we can get some ballpark figures. Vararam stated they were looking for cars in the Houston area to test with. I will be ready in about 8 months to make a decision.

The Vararam 2012+ intake fiasco has got to be, at this point, the most ridiculed and outlandish event in aftermarket parts history. Seriously.

At this point I'm waiting out of morbid curiosity.
