No Air Conditioning Condensation

I have a 2012 2LT, RS. Just noticed that I'm not getting any dripping condensation when running the air conditioner. It's humid enough here in central Texas that it should be running a steady stream. Where is the drain line opening so I can attempt to clear it. Car is still under warranty, but I hate to take it to the dealer if I can correct it myself. Thanks in advance. Clark

when the 2010's came out the answer was the drain tube was behind engine over transmission and transmission temperature could evaporate water, so not a drip, BUT that was 5 years ago.

Thanks. I just found that thread this afternoon. I have had condensation drip in the past, but seems to have stopped in last week.

Mine never dripped once, not too humid here though.

Hi Clark,

I’m sorry to hear that you have this concern with your air conditioner. I know you’re looking for advice so you can fix the issue yourself, but if you think you might want to discuss your options with the dealership, you can always shoot me a PM.
