One question though, being that you striped the front down to nothing, I'm surprised you decided to leave the cradle in. Any particular reason?
If i had a guess i would think it is a time issue. And he is able to paint everything properly with the cradle in. Lets face it. This guy is building a car in a few weeks when any "normal" person would take them months.

Started making some trim to go around the convertible top opening in the body. Using an aluminum extrusion material from Clayton Machine.
Once its cut and shaped it will get chrome plated. This will give the project alittle retro flavor.....

Rick. I am really not familiar with that type of material. How does it not kink at the bends?

Its aluminum and very soft, but "work hardens" when bent. Clayton Machine has it along with other materials. They also manufacture billet pedals, interior door handles,
valve covers and more . They are very well known in the street rod market.

Saturday went to Raymond Performance to hydro dip some interior parts.
We did a wood grain and they look fab ! Bruce and Steve can do carbon fiber
camo, brushed metal etc.

I know all you guys are thinking wood in a Camaro ? Just wait to you see it all together before you form your opinion ......its going to look bithchin' !

Raymond Performance is a supporting vender on here and is thee place for Pedders suspension and hydro dipping- they have over 300 different patterns. give them a call !
