If you are talking about changing just the disk when the clutch starts to wear out or you have the motor out, that is usually an option. It's getting a bit harder to find just clutch disks without a pressure plate because most people swap out the disk and pressure plate at the same time. You may also need to replace the flywheel or at least resurface it. It all depends on how bad the surfaces look. If it's already slipping, you probably will need a pressure plate.

I had a typical problem with LS3 clutch with a non-return clutch pedal. I don't use the car for drag racing - only for normal riding and I used the LS7 clutch, which I have been driving with for 5 years and has never been a problem. Only I wasn't just happy with the look of the flywheel, even though it would be hidden. He looked terribly crooked. When they cast it, they probably had a form on the slope. I leveled the flywheel itself, relieved and let it rebalance. Of course, I replaced the bearing support and added a remote bleeder. Good luck
