Hello everyone, two weeks and some days ago I ordered lloyd mats from autoagenda.com. 5 Days in I emailed them directly to ask how my order was going along - No reply 8 Days in I emailed and messaged them here - No reply 13-14 days in I messaged them through facebook and their website - No reply a few days ago I messaged lloyd through their website and autoagenda through their website's email - No reply.. All I wanted are my gosh darn mats but their customer service is terrible.. No response, no products, no help. It is as if almost 120$ is down the drain. |

They have a toll free number, maybe giving them a call will work better then emailing them.

Autoagenda is a complete rip off. Try to deal with the manufacturer directly or dispute the charge. You will get no where but crazy trying to deal with autoagenda.
