Anyone have issues backing up/parrallel parking?

I'm just curious, when I am in a parking spot and I am backing up, I guess it would be the diagonal blind spot where the small back window is. I have been just putting my head out of the window to see but was wondering if anyone else had issues with this or if it is something I have to get used to.

Never had an issue and never poked my head out the window.

No problem here, rarely use the camera. More worried about rim rash than hitting the car behind me.

You have to learn to use the mirrors.

This.

Because of my radar mount I don't have a rear view mirror, but I was taught to drive using only side mirrors, and I love it. It helps with driving big trucks too.

Tilt your side mirrors down - then you can watch the lines

Living in New York you get real good at parking in tight spots. I can get into a spot with 2 or 3 inches front and rear without touching a thing. no need for camaras or sensors unless you lack ability. practice makes perfect

Nope never had an issue. I have been taught to use my mirrors to back up so I don't really turn my head and look back. Like said above this method really helps when driving bigger vehicles like trucks.

I just got my 2013 Camaro a few days ago and I'm too scared to even attempt to parallel park with it. I didn't get it with the built in parking sensors, but I ordered a universal one to install and we will see how that goes...

Plenty of people have had issues. One look at the wheels FS thread will prove it. That said. Proper mirror usage goes a very long way.

Parking, no problems. However, backing out of those angled parking spots on the street is a real bitch. you can't see anything back there...
