Yep, around here your tax dollars are well spent on putting palm trees everywhere. Every time a storm rolls through the streets are littered with palm fronds.

Would the claim change based on the insurance company? Would some companies consider it comprehensive and others collision?

Oops. Missle. All insurance companies should consider this a comprehensive claim. Every policy I have ever seen consider missles as a comp claim. Cheers.

I liken this scenario to the branch hitting and cracking your windshield while driving. That was a comprehensive claim for me in another vehicle.

yea but my deductible is a 1000 to keep my payments low, I have no issue doing it myself and the parts so far arent that expensive. I already know I am going to shred the engine again like my 2012.

Thanks everyone, I seen it in my rear view so I figured I was fine, from Doral to Miramar I took that branch with me and the whole time I was wondering why my AC wasnt working, yea found that out haha. Its in the garage, I looked at it again today and I will be diving into it tomorrow, as of now the condenser is gone and the front grill.

Which speaking of the front grille, I pulled part of it off on the left side and noticed a round hole, is that for a camera or sucking air in?
