Getting ready to have work done and want to get opinions

Also as you can see I also purchased The Hooker 1 7/8 blackheart long tube Headers And the ROTO FAB cold Air intake. I am bringing it to a local shop here in Wichita Ks where I Live called Wichita Dyno, they specialize in GM muscle cars. I have been doing a ton of reading over the last week on this site ever since I found you guys and have Learned a TON! I think after doing all the reading on this site I am also going to go with ahe MSD intake and also the Ported Throtel body intake from somebody on this site the name just slipped my mind. I am also going to have them port the heads since "they will already be in there" as every body puts that part on the head porting in here lol. I guess I just want everybody input on these items and if they will go well together as I am just wanting to keep it naturally aspirated. Also I just want to make sure that the MSD intake is worth is worth it. One last Question I see that Holly has high rise throttle bodies with 105 mm and 92 mm for like 700 bucks. are these worth anything? or would having the stock throttle body ported like I want basically do the same thing? The Pray modded IM imo is better than MSD and cheaper. Reason is MSD adds power at the top end of the RPM band and Prays adds to the full range. I'm guessing pray is the TB port you are talking about as well?

I am doing the same exact serup as you as far as cam goes. I am however doing a cold air inductions cai, and kooks 1-7/8 longtubes with offroad pipes. My plans are to have my intake and tb ported along with my heads reworked. Got quoted 300 for intake work and 200 for tb. From what I was told, i will gain more with porting work on my stock setup than adding the msd for a aftermarket tb when doing the cam and bolt ons only.

By the way, everyone I've talked to about install of the cam has told me I should go with a +32 lobe. Every single one has told me I'd be crazy not to do it while I'm in there. Tsp told me the opposite for some reason.

Mines gonna be driven to cruise ins and a weekend every nOw and then thing. And yes, it will be taken to the track every now and then. Definatly far from a dd for me tho.
