****ing shocking, right? The Aussies had a LOT of engineering and development down... but Holden's interiors were just vastly superior. I think in that era the Monaro/Commodore had better sport seats than any GM product globally. There's a reason Mark Reuss got shuffled off to Holden by Bob Lutz for a bit, after all.
haha Idk that I'd go as far to say as the 4th gen was a POS. I had a 94 Z28, I loved the car, and I got 21.x/27.x mph hwy with an auto. I will saw that the LT1 (90's era) was a POS though... I mean it wasn't horrible, but the optispark was a freakin joke.

I had an 04 GTO. Had the best comfy sport seats, and interior quality of any car I have ever owned. Have an 08 G8 now, seats are decent, not as good as the GTO was, and but the interior is still waaay better than anything else I've ever owned, aside from the GTO.

Many other threads talking about it. Basically, 75% will say they don't like and the rest will either like or be neutral about it.

I'm with the 3/4.

Is it just me, or does the '19 LT/RS look more like a gen 5 refresh than a gen 6 in the front end?

Mostly because they've gone back to two things being the same:

1: the fascia bumper lines up with the actual bumper, so it loses the upper grille 'squint' that the refreshed 5th gen and pre-refresh 6th gen have, and goes back to a more open upper grille like the pre-refresh 5th gen.

2: same story with the DRL accents being string-of-pearl style LEDs on 14-18 cars vs proper light-pipe-style LEDs on 10-13 and 19+ models

actually prefer the base cars to the SS in terms of grill styling, and either the 4 or 6 would be plenty fast enough.
