LOSS OF WORDS!

Guys I don't even know what to say. I deployed for 9 months, had my wife starting the car ever week or so and come home and have a few mice droppings on the engine shroud. Check the wires, nothing chewed no foul smells good to go…WRONG, I decide to start on taking my intake out…hasn't arrived yet just that excited that when it does in the next few hours it'll go right in anyways… Get the cover off the filter. Take the filter out and WTF the thing is FILLED with DOG FOOD again WTF!!! Guess my car got a little hungry while i was gone. Hope y'all get a food laugh out of this…I'm still trying to figure out how it got there, didn't know mice could carry that much food especially when the container is on top of a larger dog kennel. How does this happen lol
Make sure your air vents to the inside of the car are blocked off with a screen of some sort.

Thank you for your service my brothers in arms. But you better tell us how that happened. Just when you thought dogs we're your best friend, they open up your hood and hide those treats while you're away...

Similar finding on our Corvette when we lived on the dairy.

Except they shredded the hood liner, and made a nest as well.

Looks like they even carried a black zip tie up in there also... definately need a cat! Then you will just have paw prints on the car but not mice. I would check underneath to be sure they did not chew any wires, also check the brake lines just to be safe.
