So Many SC'ing Options - Which to go with?

I am currently looking at putting some extra power into the car and would like to get a supercharger, however there are quite a bit out there. Price is a big thing for me, but first and foremost I am about quality, so if i need to spend a bit more for the better quality I will.

I have seen a lot of recent posts about the SLP TVS2300 and I like the way it looks. Overall I want to get peoples opinions on which Supercharger is most complete for a daily driver, which produces the most power per $$, and how reliable they are.

Any input would be great, especially if you have one of these....p.s....let me know what kind of power you got. I have an L99 btw.

I have a Whipple on my Camaro and have been very pleased with it. It's an M6 putting down 657rwhp on 8.5-9psi boost. Also have a G8 GT running a Procharger D!SC which is very impressive as well. It's linked to an automatic pushing 14psi boost at 715rwhp. I can't speak to the others but you can't go wrong with either one of these options IMO.

But my second choice would be a Whipple especially if I wasn't going after big numbers. If you don't plan on doing any serious racing and just use your car as a DD Whipple is the way to go. The reason is a whipple will make some awesome low end tq which will make a very fun street car.

There are going to be 1,000 different opinions from 1,000 different people for 1,000 different reasons.

Do you have a goal HP in mind?
Do you want a power train warranty?
Do you care about supercharger maintenance?
Will you be installing yourself?
Do you care if you have to remove the front end for the install?

These are base questions that will help identify which kit is right for YOU.

The new SLP kit installs easier than ANYTHING on the market. I recently did a complete install in about 4 hours. No removing the front bumper, no needed someone to help me put the blower on the car. Only one step required even getting under the car!
Time is money and money speaks LOUD!

Jessika gave you a good direction. Her and her partner know SC business inside out. They've been doing it for a long time. I'd contact them and do your business with them.

Would you spend most of your time under 5000rpm or over?

Go Maggie and go with Jessika at SCC. Best prices and great customer service. I just had a Maggie installed that I bought from SCC and I absolutely love it. Car drives exactly like factory when you are easy on the gas and like a bat out of hell when you stomp on it. Could not be more impressed. This S/C made the car exactly like it should have been from the factory. I am running almost completely stock and on the Hand held tune that ships from SLP with the S/C. Pull the trigger. It's worth it and you will love it.
