I've been getting 26-28 MPG Hwy with cruise set to about 74, that's about 2K on the tach.
It also helps to have your tire pressure set accurately.

I've gotten as high as 31 mpg on my 2010 2SS WITH THE LS3 and averaged about 21.5mpg BUT I just put in a lsx454 and this far have only gotten 16 during break in period...

Was 100% highway driving on ohio/pa turnpike on a hot summer day. Just cruising not speeding, trailing cars/trucks the whole way. Let off gas on the downhill portions. Normal driving highway where I live I can/tend to get more like 27 but I also have a heavy foot on those pesky entrance ramps..

Uh, hate to be a bit anal here. But it is spelled M-I-L-E-A-G-E, not millage.

I get around 21-22 overall and as high as 27.6 on long trips.
