Sorry to hear that, but glad you're safe Hope you recover fast And your car will good as new in no time!

Go Chevy!!

On a side note, I noticed there was snow around there, so I assume the temperature was low/chance of black ice, did that increase your breaking distance, or was it normal?

Glad to hear that you are (mostly) okay, the damage isn't what matters materials can be replaced life cannot.

I'm so happy you made it through as well as you did.

I had a similar accident in a mustang

I broke both legs in half (compound fractures)
Snapped my left arm in half
Cut my right index finger off...(had it sewed back on...good as new.)

My mother had bloody fingers for a year from washing my hair. (windshield exploded in my face)

It's not a fun road....and I will never drive another mustang again. (thin doors baby)

Just let the therapy take it's course and be glad that you have your life.

Damn that is not cool. Glad your ok. Remember don't settle for anything less than 3 times your medical expenses plus pain and suffering. You should be able pay cash for 2 ZL1's when this is over. Good luck.

We're you able to return to work? My accident cost me my Naval career (should be retiring Aug 30 next year).

I was hit and laid up for a year, not fun. I put on about 110 pounds eating and feeling sorry for myself. It takes a toll on you (and those that care for you).

Glad the hard wear was removed. How's the wrist doing? Did the tendon recover or is everything still tight?
