Tuned with HPTuners, tuning again question

I plan on having my car re-tuned with the tuner after I Install a few more upgrades and to level it back out once those items are installed.

That said, Since the tuner had purchased "a credit (whatever that means) to tune my car with (assuming it means the same thing as "married to my vin" IE: SCT) will I have to re-pay for that credit if its through the same tuner, using the same HPTuner package? So more less I'm just paying for the dyno time, and his time to re-tune it?

I'm not 100% clear when it comes to the credits. Again, assuming that its similar to SCT's tune with the software being married to my car ect... I hope it comes off as it makes sense.

If you use the same tuner your VIN should be licensed on his cable and he should not have to use 2 credits (49.99 each) to license it again.
