Head studs “with corner studs” ???

https://www.texas-speed.com/p-4410-a...ner-bolts.aspx

Check out the description. It mentions corner studs that you can drill the head out for.

Does anyone know what this is? Is it a bolt that helps keep the head down? Does each cylinder have 4 bolts stock or did they leave one out and un drilled for some reason?

If I read that correctly, the block is drilled and tapped for more bolts than the factory uses. That kit comes with the extra hardware, but you have to drill the holes in the heads to use them.

I may pull my heads off for porting when I add the Lt4 injectors and I thought about head studs but I think just using the ARP head bolts should handle my application with just 16 lbs of boost.
