uggghhh. i wish i used one when they replaced my freaking motor in the first week!! now im waiting on the first month payment they promised me nearly two months ago....

What about a dealer that forgot to install a LoJack system? I purchased my car back in Nov 2017 and I called Lojack to see if I had my system installed. They searched and couldn't find it. I contacted the dealer about and after weeks of my wasting my time and getting the runaround. They told me that Lojack got my phone number wrong and never followed up on it. At this point, I am pretty frustrated with them and asked for my money back. They said it was Lojacks issue and that I needed to follow up with them and it's their fault it was never installed. Then they doubled back after I said fine, I will see you later and tried to schedule a time for me to come back to the dealer to have it installed.

Do I have a leg to stand on in getting a refund or am a hosed and now need to deal with a pissy dealership installing my LoJack system?

Ouch... Im not positive man, im not an attorney.

This does not sound like a lemon issue....

Isn’t it Jannetty with the ZL1 that’s changing lanes on its own having endless likely diff related problems they won’t fix? He should get in touch with this attorney.
