Hi, what did you use to put 275 in the front? I bought brand new rims and tires and but 275 are touching springs in the front. Do i need bolt-on wheel spacer?

Thanks

Quick question for all you tire size experts:

Would a 235/55/R18 winter tire and rim fit on a 2SS? The setup was on a 2014 Gen 5 Camaro.

Thank you.

MRR FS05

MRR FS05 wheels(20x10 and 20x11) + MPPS4S 285/30/20 and 305/30/20
Nice wheels, love them but not as light as I'd expect from rotary forged wheels.
Front: about 58lbs (+ tire + TPMS + balance weights)
Rear: about 62.4lbs (+ tire TPMS + balance weights)
Bath scales

Hi All,

I'm hoping to get a short answer here. Is anyone running wider than 245 section tires on their stock RS wheels? If so, what size section? Thanks in advance.

They will fit fine on the rear but you will need at least a 10mm spacer up front. 15MM would get you to factory spacing (+20mm is factory front offset and there isn't much room to play....).

You'll be cutting it pretty close to the struts with those tires and offset... I think non-MRC cars have slightly thinner struts though. 9.5 is also on the narrow side for 285s.

I politley disagree.
There will be more room with that set up than the standard 20x10 and 20x11 set up.
