Cool All Camaro and Firebird Show

Our club is having an All Camaro and Firebird Show on May 1st in Martinsburg, WV. This event will be held rain or shine. If anyone wants to come who would need to spend the night, let me know because we may have a deal worked out with a local hotel chain for rooms for anyone who will be attending the show.

It would be great to see a good showing of members from here make it out. Who knows... camaro5 could get the special club award.

I will update this post with new info as we get it.

I will have to see what I am doing on May 1st. It is still 3 months away, but I will plan to attending. I will be coming from Fredericksburg, VA, about 2 hour drive to Berryville, may be 3 hour drive all the way.

I should now by the end of the week about the hotel discount for anyone needing a room.

FYI.. we are having a trophy for the best club representation. If you are from this forum.. that counts as a club, so camaro5.com members please remember to put that as a club association.

Also, we are planning a cook-out that evening for anyone who would be interested. More info on this as time gets closer.

We have worked out a deal with the Holiday Inn which is located right up the road from the car show location. They will be giving rooms to participants for $89 a night. All you need to do is tell them you are with the Eastern Panhandle Camaro Association, and they will give you the discount.

If you have any problems please let me know.

Their number is: (304)267-5500
