PAC audio electrical interference noise?

I have a PAC AP4-GM61 module feeding signal to a Bit10 unit. I have a small floor noise as well as weird chatter that comes through the speakers sometimes when modules turn on and off. Front speakers are set to 4V mode not 5V. Has anyone else experienced this before?

The NAV-TV interface was not out when I did this system 2 years ago, but I am wondering if swapping the PAC out for that would eliminate it?

Anyone with experience on this? 2018 ZL1, TIA.
