only costs a couple dollars extra to fill up with 93, not that big of a deal. and where i fill up my TA i pay less for 93 then the other stations charge for 87. paid 3.68/gal today for 93. gotta love Indian reservations that have gas stations!

over time it adds up though lol. 20 to 25 at half tank fills it i spend like 40 to 50 a week on gas sometimes. So you figure with a v-8 30 to 33 for the same amount 60 to 70 a week. Add that up over a mouth 280 compared to 160. See my point now?

*edit* i know about that and i wish we had them around here but we dont no native amercain gas just normal pump gas gotta love tax free stuff i miss that

*double edit* i use 89 grade gas not 83 i would NEVER put "normal" gas in my car mid grade always

Nothing horrible about the noise and speed of a V8, makes up for the few extra bucks. Nothing sounds like a V8, I'll let it play its song to the gas pump everyday.

How many miles did your LS have when you traded it in? I love mine but have similar AY6 transmission issues (I've seen your contributions to the AY6 problem threads, great job!) and while the trans issues don't bother me too much rather than continuing to shovel money into a base model Camaro to make it sound mean and perform better I'm thinking about trading her in for a 05-06 GTO or a 05-06 CTS-V. My guess for trade in value was around 19k but I only have 5200 miles on mine

And best of luck pulling through with quitting smoking, it's one of the best life choices you can make! You'll have money pouring out of your ass when it's not being waisted on packs and you'll look, feel, and SMELL better!

So quick to judge me when you don't know how i got my camaro just saying. It was a gift i will say that much. I could never pay for this type of car on my own. And i aprechate it highly but i wont go more into detail about it. And i own it not lease not loan own so its well with in my budget. Also now i am out of work money is going to be tight even more (medical reasons). If i was to get a car i would never get a 30k car max 4k or 3. Get a colbat or something max i ever got on my own was 4k before this car. I always spend with in my realm of budget.

I also knew geting this car from 15 at the pump to 20/25 at the pump was going to hurt me. And i don't care i work around it i was merely stateing facts. People so quick to be judgemental on here at times
