And do you have any specific rates like the first hole is 50% the second is 100% etc.

And have you compared them to the 1LE?

Compared to the SS bar, the softest position is 62% stiffer, the middle hole is 117%, and the stiffest position is 197% stiffer. For the rear, the softest position is 52%, the middle is 146%, and the stiffest is 198%.

I can get the 1LE rates and do the math but I do not have that info together at the moment.

There's a thread on here with the bar diameters

I would LOVE to see the rates vs. the SS 1LE (also aka normal ZL1) bars. I'm sure the ZL1 owners would like to know too.

I'm looking to add a bit of ARB stiffness to improve my dynamic contact patch but want some data before pulling the trigger.

Sorry I totally forgot! I even threw away the numbers I came up with... I'll try to dig through my papers and excel files to find it. or if someone happens to have the wall thickness on the SS bars I can figure it out again real quick. that was the only spec' I had a hard time finding.

-Cheers

Thanks! What about the non-1LE SS rates?

According to yours and BMR's claims. the FE3 sway bars for a regular SS would be Front: 367lbs and Rear: 197lbs

How did you get your numbers? I'm confused...

Those are the FE3 rates, not the FE4 rates. Even then BMR's percentage claims don't math out correctly.

I found the 1LE number a long time ago on the forum and I got the BMR numbers off their site. Just watch the video they have describing the sway bar and they mention the rates.

And if you read above, BMR clearly states they haven't measured the FE4 bars. If you have sources, please share so we can solve this confusion.
