Dealer will not call back
Ever have a dealer that doesn't call back after three days of leaving multiple messages. Thery called nonstop before I bought the car but now after it has been purchased, they just don't seem to care. This is Bill Jacobs Chevy on Joliet. I bought a 2012 Camaro 2lt 45th edition and was supposed to get 12 months of XM Siruios radio for free per the sticker, now two months later I get a letter from XM sayng my three month free subscription is about to expire. Really makes me mad that I can't get a call back. I have bought a Vette and Camaro from this dealership.

I got the 12 months free on my '11 2SS and Siriusxm mailed me letters and called me after 2 and 1/2 months. you should login and check your account you may have the 12 months but they automatically assume its the dealer standard 3 months. as for the dealer not getting back to you, thats an issue that should be addressed pronto! I've never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from my dealership.

Forget the dealer, try to call SiriusXM and explain the situation to them, and if your sticker has the extended 9 months of service (which some do) be prepared to fax them the sticker, but remember that SiriusXm has the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I wish you luck.
By the way, was this 12 month deal on the sticker per GM, or was the additional 9 months something that the dealer provided as a courtesy or incentive to buy? If it was the dealer, then you have to deal with them not SiriusXM. |

Followup after a sale is left up to your salesperson. No one else in the building will lift a hand to help, they just refer you back to your salesperson. It's then up to him to respond or not.
At least, that's always been my experience...

Salesperson should be the one your calling but he should have already followed up with you also! Sales should follow up 2 days later, 1 month later and then 3 times a years.
Cards, letters, invites to dealer functions! Dealer surely has a CRM (Customer Relations Manager) call and ask for them. As for XM, their just trying to sign you up for a longer contract. I was a GM Sales Manager and had complaints about it ALL the time |
